Clinical Staff - New York
Aura Bijou, PT, MS joins our Manhattan, New York location with 20 years of experience as a licensed physical therapist. She received her B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1986 from Downstate Medical Center, State University of New York. Aura also earned a M.S. in Physical Education-Exercise Physiology in 1981.
Having undergone infertility diagnosis and (successful) treatment herself, Aura has a special understanding and compassion for her patients who are struggling with the same condition. She enjoys being a physical therapist so she can improve life quality and increase the opportunity for parenthood, for her patients and their spouses.
Aura is a native New Yorker. Her professional experience includes a wide spectrum of hands-on therapeutic care and directorship duties. Her postgraduate continuing education includes an extensive focus in manual soft tissue therapy.
Aura is very excited to have joined Clear Passage and wants to share this work with as many people as she can. “At the end of the day," she says "it is very important to me to feel that I am making a real difference in my patients' lives."
