Belinda WurnBelinda Wurn is National Director of Services for Clear Passage Therapies, a growing network of physical therapy clinics throughout the United States treating adhesions, abdominopelvic pain and dysfunction, female infertility and sexual dysfunction. She co-developed and received patent protection for a new non-surgical treatment for female infertility and sexual dysfunction.

Belinda has co-authored several pioneering studies in the area of women's sexual health and fertility. She has also authored a 500+ page Therapist Training Manual for the therapists that she and Larry train for their national network.

Belinda graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in physical therapy from the University of Florida in 1975. She and her husband, massage therapist Larry Wurn, owned a network of chronic pain clinics before developing their work treating female infertility.

Belinda has considerable expertise in natural methods to improve fertility, and to increase IVF success rates. She is considered an expert in causes and treatments for various types of sexual dysfunction including decreased orgasm, desire, arousal, lubrication and satisfaction and painful intercourse.

Belinda has extensive post-graduate work in the above areas, and has performed over 15,000 therapy treatments to patients with pain, infertility and sexual dysfunction.

Prior to developing her unique work, Belinda studied with some of the finest therapists, physicians and osteopaths in America and Europe. Belinda and Larry combined the most effective techniques of the instructors with whom they studied. Over the decades, they refined and created their own techniques to create the unique treatment approach they use today.

Larry WurnLarry Wurn, LMT is Clinical Co-director and Director of Clinical Studies at Clear Passage Therapies. He has been a massage therapist since 1990.

Larry studied manual therapy with several nationally recognized experts in manual therapy to help treat Belinda for pain and dysfunction following several surgeries and pelvic radiation. Prior to their work, Belinda had been unable to find relief with traditional medical care. As Larry progressed in his education, he developed new techniques to help relieve her pain. He soon began helping instruct physical therapists and physicians in appropriate techniques to evaluate and treat soft tissue injuries.

He and Belinda began in one small clinic. Due to physician and patient response to their unique services, they soon grew into a network of five busy physical therapy clinics treating a wide variety of patients and symptoms. Many of their patients were complex, chronic pain patients with a host of symptoms and pains. The Wurns and several referring physicians became fascinated with the results they were seeing in these complex patients.

They noticed that a growing percentage of their patients were women with pelvic complaints. Many had pain and or dysfunction such as infertility, incontinence, painful intercourse or tailbone, poor digestion or "unexplained pain." The therapists sold their network so that they could start the specialized, small, private clinics they have today. Now, they are free to provide more individualized "one on one" therapy services for their patients.

Larry studied with Belinda in America and Europe to help develop the treatments they now use with their patients. He has taken 46 courses after licensure and has more than 1,600 hours of manual therapy and specialized post-graduate courses. Larry has performed over 20,000 hours of manual treatment. He has instructed manual techniques to therapists and physicians at more than twenty approved seminars to date, including national conferences of the American Back Society and the American Academy of Head, Neck, Facial Pain and TMJ Orthopaedics.
