Clear Passage Reno: Unsticking the Body from the Inside Out
Getting surgery to fix pelvic pain is a massive gamble. You go through the prep, the anesthesia, and the recovery, hoping the surgeon finally clears out the endometriosis or frees up your blocked tubes. Then, a few months later, the exact same pulling pain crawls right back. It makes you feel like you are losing your mind. Your body simply did what it always does after a trauma—it threw down internal scar tissue to heal. Those adhesions act like internal straightjackets on your organs. At our Reno clinic, we stop the surgical merry-go-round. We use a highly targeted, deep manual physical therapy to stretch and break up those internal glues with our hands.
Our global network links wildly different environments, connecting patients from the rain-soaked, historic streets of London, England, all the way to the high desert of Nevada. In London, people step past ancient brick architecture, dodge iconic black cabs, and crowd onto red double-decker buses to find our specialized therapy. Reno has a totally different kind of grit. It sits right in the shadow of the Sierra Nevada mountains, where the air is bone-dry and neon casino signs blink under a massive Western sky. It is a town built on risk, but when it comes to chronic pelvic pain, local patients are tired of gambling on more operations. They come to our quiet clinic to spend an intensive week doing the heavy, hands-on work of ungluing their internal tissues.

THERAPISTS

ANITA
Meet the Reno Specialist
An MRI cannot feel a tight band of scar tissue pulling your uterus or bowel out of position. It requires years of highly specialized tactile training to sense where healthy tissue stops and dense adhesions begin.
- Anita, MSPT, WCS
Anita is a board-certified Women’s Health Physical Therapist Specialist who spends her days tackling the toughest pelvic floor restrictions and mechanical infertility cases. She focuses on breaking down deep abdominal scar tissue caused by severe endometriosis and past surgeries. If internal adhesions are locking your reproductive organs in place or causing agonizing pelvic spasms, Anita works manually to elongate those bound-up areas, restoring the natural, fluid sliding motion your organs need to function pain-free.
